Knicks vs Celtics

Just got back from tonight's game at MSG and I'm still very excited. Walker looked tremendous and played his
best with the game on the line. Unlike Patrick Ewing, Antoine made his free throws down the stretch and
responded to Chris Childs' killer 3 with a nice, aggressive drive -- he beat Ewing to the hoop; he just didn't
get the roll. Considering Walker's overall performance, Williams' scorching first quarter, Wesley's
determination in the face of a miserable shooting night, Dee Brown's apparent resurgence (I'm beginning to
think Dee's biggest problem is an allergy to Dana Barros) and solid play at both ends by Rick Fox (didn't he
do a nice job shutting down the $84 million man!), I think we have a lot to be happy about -- and to boot, the
C's got one step closer to Duncan. It is a little ridiculous that the C's have lost so many close ones
this year -- I've seen the 12/21 New Jersey game, the 1/18 Washington game and tonight's New York game,
all of which were decided in the last 20 seconds. There's nothing wrong with this team that Duncan, wise use
of the second lottery pick and a real coach couldn't solve in a hurry. With a little luck (for a $*^%&!&#$*
CHANGE!), the '97-98 Celtics could break the Spurs' record for the biggest season to season turnaround.
