REVERAND CHARLES BARKLEY

Duncan's dunkin' the rookie competition

Want to know why the Spurs have struggled a bit this season?

They're being punished by God for cheating.

Charles Barkley said so.

"When you cheat in life, good things do not come to you,'' said
Barkley, who considers himself a guardian of the game's ethics.
"There is a moral thing about sports that they cheated. And good
things don't happen to people who cheat. When you rest healthy
players so you can get the No. 1 pick in the draft, that's cheating.
That's not the way the draft was designed. And God does not look
good upon that.

"I think in life, you get what you deserve. If you're a good person,
good things might happen to you. And if you do things wrong, bad
things happen to you.''

The Rev. Dr. Barkley's prayer line can be reached by calling
1-800-BOMBAST
(That's a joke -- there really is no such number, so don't call it).
