DJ&ML vs Bird

I think I am the only one chatting "Tim Duncan" (Stress the C strong) 
constantly. I am simply obsessed with the guy.

Anyways..I wanted to know if there are any reasons why DJ should not be the
head coach of the Celtics next year. Now that Larry Brown, wants out of his
contract with the Pacers is the stage set for a Larry Brown led Celtics next
year? This might happen if Larry Bird was at the helm next year but if ML
stayed on then it might be that DJ leads the team. If the C's get No.1 overall
pick next year, Tim Duncan will be picked but with Dallas's pick who will they
go after? Do you think there is an internal split between ML and Bird? 
It was reported on Tuesday on TNT Burswell's bottom line, the DJ was not happy
at the fact that his name was not among the successors of head coach and he
thinks he can be an impact like Danny Ainge did with the Suns. Also it was
reported that even though Bird wants a more active role with the organisation
he was a no show at the two draft camps that we was supposed to show.

Any opinions??
