"there's an insect in your ear, if you scratch it won't disappear"

I have to disagree with trading away the first overall pick this
year unless we get some incredible young player (Grant Hill or Vin Baker).
Yes Tim Duncan doesn't guarantee a championship, but you can definitally
see him being a vital component to a contending team. Trading the Dallas
pick to unload deadwood is a more reasonable idea. I still like Dee and
the Dallas pick to Cleveland for their pick and the Phoenix pick (maybe
#13 and #16?). And if that's a bit wishful, we could swap secound
rounders too. Cleveland has plenty of good players, but no one great.
This gives them an outside chance at Thomas, who Cleveland could really
use.

Then with those two picks we would be looking at guys like:
Antonio Daniels, Brevin Knight, Alexander Koul, and maybe an outside
chance at Tracy McGrady. I think Koul would be a great role player for us
because we don't have anyone near his size and he could bang with the
bigger centers while Duncan matures. And we really need a point guard in
case Wesley goes to Charlotte. (And if you were him, where would you
rather play?)

Ken (of Harvard), I went to the re-enactment at least five times
growing up, but looking back I'm amazed that I could get up that early. I
graduated from LHS in '93.

Get ready everyone, in the next day or two I'll update my lottery
predictions and include the probable team order too. I know everyone's
waiting on the edge of their seats for it. :) And I guess I'll assume
that Battie and LaFrenz aren't coming out.
