Bill,

  The Hornets will have a little over $3 million under the cap for next year.
Cowens has already announced his plans to pursue Wesley during the offseason.
They will offer him about $3 million and save the change for some minor 
pick up and/or their draft picks.

  Cowens strongly believes that the Hornets are a point guard away from being
able to win the Championship.  He also feels that Wesley is a vastly 
underrated point guard who can do everything he needs and more.

  Let's just hope the Celtics decide to re-sign Wesley before they do Fox this
year.
