NO way should the celts trade from 6 or 7 up to 4 by trading Williams.
Besides Duncan and maybe Mercer there are no sure fire stars out there.
Battie, Van Horn, Foyle, etc all have questions about them, so each one
will be somewhat of a risk so there is no need to trade up. If we decide
to stay at 6 or 7 lets the other teams make those decision and take who is
left between the those players.

I would be in favor of trading down, if we don't like who is left at 6 or
7. I would love to trade down and get a player along with a pick to take
Anderson, or antonio daniels.  Especially Anderson.  While his future is
questionable so are those of the players mentioned above. I would rather
be unsure of a player at 12-15 then at the 6 or 7th pick.
